This is the restoration of an existing single family house in New York City. The challenge on this project was to add a new rear-yard sub-cellar to an existing building with a high water table. Site constraints played an ongoing role for coordination with continuous site dewatering, working in close proximity to adjacent buildings and dealing with unforeseen site conditions.
