This project is a forensic leak investigation at a 6-story commercial building where the Port Authority of NY & NJ offices reside.
Our scope of work was to perform a visual assessment, spray testing at an existing window wall and EIFS exterior wall and office building and provide recommendations for repairs. We also assisted the owner with soliciting bids for contractors and observing work during the repair phase.
