Forward Work’s/ role on this project was to assess reported leaks into the Client’s offices and witness and document the repairs.
Our scope of work was to perform a visual assessment, observe installation of air vapor barrier, metal panels, window refurbishment, and new signage on facade. spray testing was conducted at existing windows after installation of new material. We also assisted the Owner with observing the work during the repair phase.
Forward Work/llc provided forensic consulting and site monitoring services for the repairs. We concluded with spray testing of the repairs to confirm the leaks had been mitigated.
