This project is the renovation of a 5-story mixed use landmarked building in New York City’s Meatpacking District.
Our scope of work required us to provide roofing, masonry, rainscreen, windows, and below grade waterproofing consulting services for the building enclosure. The project covered the rooftop amenity lounge, plaza waterproofing at grade and below grade waterproofing. Forward Work’s role also encompassed the development of project-specific details for many of the building enclosure components.
